Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location. Orders within Faisalabad are usually delivered within 1–3 business days, while deliveries to major cities typically take 2–5 business days. Orders for other areas across Pakistan generally arrive within 3–7 business days. These delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed clearly during checkout before you complete your purchase. Any promotional Free Shipping offers will also be mentioned on our website whenever available.

To ensure timely delivery, customers are requested to provide an accurate shipping address and a valid contact number when placing an order. Ali Brothers is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or the provided address is incorrect, the courier may attempt another delivery or return the parcel to us. In such cases, additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be shipped again.

If your parcel arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our support team will carefully review the issue and work towards a suitable resolution as quickly as possible.

Ali Brothers currently delivers products nationwide across Pakistan. Delivery availability for certain remote or rural areas may depend on the service coverage of our courier partners.
